  • Simple Hatha Yoga with Sheri

    If you are new to yoga or looking for a foundational practice, this class is perfect for you. Simple Hatha Yoga class is designed to increase flexibility, strength, stability, and balance. During this class, we slowly move through a series of dynamic and static yoga postures, establishing the proper form and exploring modifications. This calming practice focuses on slowing the breath and releasing tension while bringing awareness deeply into the body. 60 min ·  All Levels- Mondays at 9:30 am

  • Better Backs Yin Yoga with Sheri

    Better Backs Yin Yoga is a very relaxing class. We gently move and stretch in ways that help enhance the mobility of the spine, hips, and legs. This class incorporates longer-held yin stretches to promote the long-term health of our deeper connective tissues. We provide blocks but feel free to bring blankets, towels, or pillows. 60 min ·  All Levels- Mondays at 6 pm

  • Mixed Yoga with Kelly

    Mixed Yoga is a Muti-level class. We gently build strength, balance, and flexibility through a series of standing, seated, and reclining yoga postures. We also focus on breath work. This class is for all levels. 60 min ·  All Levels- Wednesdays at 6:30 pm

  • Guided Flow with Sydney

    DescripThis fully guided slow flow class is designed to help you build both strength and flexibility. The class starts with a series of quicker-paced vinyasas to create heat in the body. These sequences will increase your heart rate and build muscular strength and endurance. Once your muscles are warmed up, the second half of class is dedicated to longer-held stretches for increased mobility and flexibility. This is PureFit's most challenging class but we offer modifications and beginners are always welcome! Tuesdays at 6:00pmtion goes here

  • Pilates with Carrie

    Our mat based Pilates focuses on strengthening and toning the core muscles in a way that creates tone rather than bulk. This slimming exercise routine targets the stomach, hips and thighs. We end class with some relaxing yoga stretches. 60 min ·  All Levels- Thursdays at 9:00 am

  • Mixed Yoga Fusion with Kimberly

    Get ready to feel the burn with this multi-level fitness-based yoga class. We build strength, balance, and flexibility through a series of standing, seated, and reclining postures but with a bit more intensity than our regular mixed yoga class. Mixed Yoga Fusion is designed to help you burn calories and tone your muscles all while getting the great flexibility benefits of yoga. We teach multiple levels and modifications so beginners will feel comfortable joining the group and working at their own pace. 60 min ·  All Levels- Thursdays at 6:30 pm
